Shipping and Handling Policy

Recently the USPS has drastically increased their prices. We will always do our best to find the most affordable shipping options for our customers. If the shipping cost seems unreasonable, please contact us and we can explain the reason for the cost or check for a more cost effective shipping method. We do not add handling charges to our shipping rates but some orders may qualify for a flat rate shipping option that the cart cannot recognize due to size restrictions. Any shipping charge that is $1.00 or more over our actual cost will be refunded.

We happily use USPS Priority Mail as our primary shipping method. We take advantage of all USPS shipping opportunities to provide you the best service. Some orders may be shipped using another service if that service is required to complete the delivery or if it requested at the time the order is placed. An additional invoice may be required to cover the cost if is greater than the cost charged in the shopping cart.

Insurance up to $50 is included with USPS PM shipments. Once the USPS takes possession of your shipment all loss or damage claims must be processed through the USPS. Please document any damage prior to opening the box.

If internal damage is found, take pictures of the damaged items, send them via email to our customer service department and specify the order nr, items damaged, photographs and whether you would like a replacement or refund for the damaged items. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to complete your claim.

USPS First Class Shipping is uninsured. Once it is accepted by the USPS, any claims for lost or damaged packages must be made through the USPS. We will do our best to assist you but are not liable for lost or damaged packages/product.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on any soap, bath product, body product, powder incense or anything that might be deemed a consumable. Please contact our customer service department prior to returning any items. We will verify whether the item may be returned and the address to ship the return to. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When we receive the item, in new condition, we will refund your money, less original shipping charges, within 48 hours via the payment method used to place the order. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We do recycle/reuse some shipping materials, such as: boxes, packing materials, filler.
